Selain dihadiri Kapolsek Posigan sebagai Narasumber, acara tersebut juga dihadiri Camat posigadan, ketua Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Posigadan dan seluruh sangadi (kades) se-Kecamatan Posigadan.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Ipda Muh. Rosid selaku Kapolsek Posigadan menyatakan dalam sambutannya, bahwa untuk menekan angka kriminalitas sangat dibutuhkan peran dari seluruh elemen masyarakat. Sebab berdasarkan data kepolisian, miras saat ini menjadi pemicu kriminalitas, sehingga dengan adanya pencanangan Desa Anti Miras dan Premananisme ini hendaknya dijadikan pedoman bagi semua pihak untuk tidak melakukan tindakan tercela tersebut.
“Semoga dengan dicanangkannya Desa Mamalia II sebagai Desa Anti Miras dan Premanisme ini bisa diikuti oleh desa lainya yang ada di kabupaten Bolsel” imbau Kapolsek.
Kapolsek juga menyampaikan, bahwa pihaknya akan terus berupaya menekan angka kriminalitas, baik dengan cara menggelar razia miras maupun secara langsung berkoordinasi serta bekerjasama dengan pemerintah desa dalam penanganan miras di desanya masing masing.
Secara tegas, Kapolsek menyatakan tidak segan-segan memberikan sanksi kepada penjual apabila ketahuan menjual barang haram tersebut.
Sementara itu, menanggapi acara pencanangan tersebut, Wakil Bupati Bolsel Iskandar Kamaru menyatakan turut memberikan apresiasi yang setinggi-tingginya terhadap terobosan yang sangat patut diikuti oleh semua desa di daerah tersebut.
