(DM1): BARU saja, Senin (12 September 2016) ini, seluruh umat Muslim di muka bumi ini telah merayakan hari besar Idul Adha dengan penuh sukacita. Takbir bersahut-sahutan dan dikumandangkan di seluruh jagat raya sebagai bentuk pengakuan kehambaan manusia di hadapan Allah, Tuhan Maha Besar Sang Maha Kuasa Pemilik seluruh alam semesta ini.
Dan perayaan Idul Adha kali ini terasa sangat menarik dan istimewa, sebab pada September ini juga (19-21 September 2016) khusus warga Ibukota DKI Jakarta melalui parpol-parpol, akan menyodorkan (mendaftarkan) nama-nama calon pasangan gubernur ke KPUD Jakarta, yang selanjutnya akan dipilih dalam Pilkada Februari 2017 mendatang.
Sehingga itu, sebelum terlanjur memajukan (mendaftarkan) apalagi melahirkan pasangan gubernur, maka momentum Idul Adha yang baru saja ditunaikan itu hendaknya dapat dengan sungguh-sungguh diserap hikmahnya terutama bagi para parpol dan juga segenap warga DKI Jakarta.
Beberapa hikmah Idul Adha dimaksud yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam kaitan Pilkada Gubernur DKI Jakarta tersebut, yakni pertama, para partai politik (parpol) hendaknya mampu berkorban (mengorbankan) kepentingan (selera) partainya. Yaitu, dengan tidak memaksakan diri memajukan seorang sosok dari internal partainya ketika tahu ada sosok lain yang lebih dikehendaki oleh sebagian besar rakyat.
Hikmah tersebut tercermin ketika Nabi Ibrahim a.s mendapat perintah dari Allah melalui mimpi untuk menyembelih putranya (Nabi Ismail a.s). Di satu sisi, mimpi seorang nabi adalah sebuah hak (kebenaran), dan di sisi lain secara pribadi jika ingin ditanya Nabi Ibrahim tentu menghendaki tidak ingin samasekali anaknya yang disembelih. Namun karena perintah Allah, maka Nabi Ibrahim a.s dengan ketakwaan, keteguhan dan kesabaran yang tinggi, tak bisa tawar-menawar dengan apa yang dikehendaki oleh Allah.
Kedua, para parpol dan rakyat hendaknya secara tegas menghindari diri untuk jangan sampai mengusung dan memilih pemimpin berwajah malaikat tetapi berhati (berkelakuan) seperti binatang atau hewan, misalnya pemimpin yang bertindak semena-mena dan membabi-buta menindas serta melawan kehendak rakyat.
Hikmah ini terkandung dalam proses penyembelihan hewan yang memunculkan sebuah “pesan”, bahwa berkurban dengan hewan atau binatang memberikan makna untuk manusia (terutama kaum muslim) yaitu membuang sifat-sifat kebinatangan yang ada dalam diri manusia, seperti rakus (serakah), kejam, ambisi yang tak terkendali, menyerang, menindas, dan tidak patuh pada aturan. Sifat-sifat binatang seperti inilah yang harus ditiadakan melalui “peringatan” penyembelihan hewan kurban demi mencapai keridaan Sang Khalik.
Sehingga itu, peristiwa melaksanakan perintah Allah pada detik-detik Nabi Ibrahim a.s yang telah menghunuskan pisaunya untuk menyembelih anaknya, tiba-tiba Allah menggantinya dengan seekor kambing gibas, adalah mengandung “pesan” bahwa yang disembelih tidak boleh manusia, tetapi sifat-sifat kebinatangan yang ada pada tiap diri manusia.
“Pesan” berikutnya yaitu, daging hasil penyembelihan hewan kurban tersebut dibagi-bagikan kepada saudara, kerabat, tetangga dan fakir-miskin adalah sebuah sifat manusia yang sesungguhnya dan harus dipertahankan untuk kebaikan sesama manusia.
Dengan berbagi, maka seseorang telah meringankan beban orang lain, membela orang-orang yang lemah, dan mengangkat derajat kemanusiaan.
Jika seseorang kerap menunaikan kurban (menyembelih hewan di hari Idul Adha) namun sifat dan kelakuannya tetap menyerupai binatang atau hewan, maka yang bersangkutan menunaikan kurbannya hanya sebatas seremoni, boleh jadi karena ingin mendapat pujian atau kedudukan di mata orang lain.
Berkurban harus dilakukan dengan rasa ketakwaan terhadap Tuhan, sehingga akan mampu dilakukan secara penuh keikhlasan. Di luar itu, diyakini Tuhan tak akan rida dan takkan memberi keberkahanNYA.
Yang ketiga, hikmah Idul Adha yang sangat patut diimplementasikan oleh para parpol dan warga DKI Jakarta sebelum mendaftarkan (mengusung atau mendukung) dan memilih pasangan calon gubernur DKI Jakarta adalah, yaitu sebuah kesadaran penuh yang tak bisa ditawar-tawar bahwa sosok yang sangat layak dijadikan pemimpin adalah sosok yang telah mampu membuktikan diri sejak dulu (tanpa lelah) senantiasa rela berkorban dan mempertaruhkan jabatannya demi membela kehendak (kepentingan) rakyat. Sebagaimana Nabi Ibrahim a.s yang rela mengorbankan anaknya demi memenuhi kehendak (perintah) Allah.
Secara jujur, dalam kaitan hikmah ketiga ini, Rizal Ramli (dari semua sosok bakal cagub DKI yang ada) adalah satu-satunya sosok yang banyak membuktikan diri rela berkorban demi membela dan memenuhi kehendak rakyat.
Dan mengenai hal ini bisa kembali ditengok jejak Rizal Ramli yang memang sejak dulu senantiasa berdiri paling depan serta bersuara lantang demi memperjuangkan dan membela kepentingan rakyat, baik ketika berada di luar maupun pada saat di dalam pemerintahan. Kalau para sosok bakal cagub lainnya belum ada seperti ini.
Yang ada justru terdapat sosok lain (di luar bacagub) ketika masih di luar pemerintahan ia sangat aktif bersuara lantang atas nama rakyat, namun ketika di tarik masuk dalam pemerintahan (misalnya di dalam sebuah BUMN) ia diam sejuta bahasa. Dan tipe sosok seperti ini sangat jelas takut kehilangan jabatan atau kedudukan.
Intinya, Rizal Ramli bukanlah sosok yang diperbudak oleh jabatan sehingga ia tidak takut kehilangan kedudukan. Baginya, jabatan atau kedudukan di dalam pemerintahan adalah sebuah pengabdian untuk tidak mengkhianati rakyat.
Padahal jika mau, Rizal Ramli boleh saja duduk-duduk diam dan tenang menikmati jabatan “basahnya”, dan boleh saja tak usah banyak cincong demi mengamankan kedudukannya tersebut. Dan bahkan jika tak menghiraukan nasib rakyat, Rizal Ramli ketika di dalam pemerintahan boleh saja menjalankan ‘prinsip berbisnis’: “Haiyya, Cincai… lah! Atul sikik-sikik… Situ senang, owe tenang!”. Tapi sekali lagi, semua ini sangat sulit dan tak tega dilakukan oleh seorang Rizal Ramli yang memang sejak dulu rela berkorban (mempertaruhkan jabatannya) demi membela kepentingan rakyat, terutama rakyat miskin yang tertindas.
Lihat saja ketika Rizal Ramli masih sebagai aktivis mahasiswa di masa lalu. Ia dengan giat dan tegasnya tampil membela dan memperjuangkan nasib rakyat, meski harus berkorban dengan cara dipenjara oleh Rezim Orba ketika itu.
Juga ketika menjabat sebagai Presiden Komisaris di PT. Semen Gresik (sebuah jabatan “basah di tempat basah”). Kalau orang lain dengan posisi atau jabatan seperti itu, bisa dipastikan tidak akan ingin “macam-macam”, dan tentu lebih memilih untuk duduk diam tenang-tenang menikmati fasilitas berlimpah dari negara.
Namun bagi Rizal Ramli, meski dengan jabatan basah sebagai presiden komisaris seperti itu, ia toh senantiasa kokoh dan teguh untuk tetap memilih berpihak kepada rakyat (terutama di lapisan bawah). Dan memang ia kemudian dipecat dari jabatannya tersebut, yakni beberapa hari seusai bergabung bersama rakyat dalam sebuah aksi unju-rasa menolak kenaikan harga BBM dan mendesak pemerintah agar segera menurunkan harga sembako, Mei 2008 silam.
Tidak hanya sampai di situ, terakhir, jabatan “basah” (strategis) Rizal Ramli sebagai Menko Kemaritiman dan Sumber Daya terpaksa kembali rela ia korbankan demi membela rakyat tertindas dalam kasus reklamasi Teluk Jakarta. Dan pencopotan Rizal Ramli tersebut sekaligus “menghentikan perlawanan” rakyat miskin yang tertindas di Jakarta.
Dan sungguh, Rizal Ramli bukan hanya bagian yang memenuhi kandungan hikmah Idul Adha, tetapi juga sangat identik dengan sosok Bima Mahabrata yang setia pada satu sikap, yaitu tidak suka berbasa-basi, tak pernah bersikap mendua (bermuka dua), serta tidak pernah menjilat ludahnya sendiri, apalagi hanya untuk mengkhianati rakyat kecil.
Dan dari gerakan, keteguhan hati serta seluruh sikap Rizal Ramli yang dapat diketahui dari rekam jejaknya sejak dulu, yang sangat nampak lebih berpihak kepada rakyat kecil, maka tentu sangat pantas ia dinamai dengan sebutan “Panglima” Rakyat Tertindas (miskin). Sehingganya, sangatlah tidaklah keliru jika hari ini sebagian besar rakyat (terutama warga DKI Jakarta) dari berbagai lapisan dan penjuru menyatakan bulat mendukung Rizal Ramli untuk maju sebagai Cagub DKI Jakarta.
Dan bagi parpol-parpol yang hingga detik ini masih pikir-pikir untuk ingin mengusung Rizal Ramli karena mungkin terhambat dengan “mahar”, cost-politic atau apapun namanya, sebaiknya tak perlu terlalu dipikirkan apalagi dipusingkan.
Sebab, jika melihat situasi rakyat saat ini yang sangat mengharapkan Rizal Ramli maju sebagai Cagub, maka tak menutup kemungkinan rakyat sendirilah yang akan bergerak “mengumpulkan koin” (bergotong-royong) untuk “membeli” pemimpin idaman yang diyakini akan mengasyikkan rakyat karena dipenuhi dengan kasih sayang, layaknya seorang bapak terhadap anak-anaknya.
